INGREDIENTS
1/2 avocado
250ml of fresh almond milk
1-2 scoops vanilla pea protein
1tsp MCT oil
5 mint leaves
Ice cubes
METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.

Add more ice for a thicker shake.
